Ryan Schmidt, Pro Coach
About Me
Ryan Schmidt, is from the Detroit Metro area. He played professionally for nine years and is a former CHL All-Star. He has been teaching power skating and hockey skills for over 30 years at all levels including House, Travel, AA, AAA, NAHL, USHL, OHL, CCHA, ECHL, AHL, IHL, NHL and members from the 1998 Women’s Olympic Team. Many of Ryan’s students have been drafted to the NHL and went on to play at higher levels of hockey including the Professional ranks. Ryan has also been working as a power skating and skills coach for professional hockey teams and teaching overseas in Sweden.
Ryan is a Certified Level 4 USA Hockey Coach and a Professional Skills Development Coach
Professional Coaching
All players and goaltenders who want to learn the skills and training needed to take their game to a higher level should attend Ryan Schmidt’s Professional Hockey Schools. The overall objective of this program is to provide the opportunity for players to receive recognition for their unique hockey talent, skills and accomplishments and to further enhance development. With our professional on-ice coaching, Professional Hockey Schools Program is the best place to advance your hockey skills.
