edge control, agility, pivoting, and balance.
OFFENSIVE and DEFENSIVE

and STRATEGIES:
Master both sides of the game with give and go's, cycling
drills, passing to the point man, power play
/ penalty kills strategies (5-on-4's and 5-on-3's) face-off plays, winning
battles in the corners, and more.
STICKHANDLING and PUCK
SUPPORT:
Learn techniques for game-like situations and develop
foot work as a part of stick/puck control. All players control the puck
on their stick 95% of the time for better player development.
PASSING:
Improve your playmaking abilities: pass in stride, set
up successful plays that help you and your team and develop a hard crisp
pass for the forehand or backhand while incorporating the saucer pass.

SHOOTING:
Develop a well-balanced shot, with technique training,
strength exercises, and assistance knowing when to shoot/when to deke.
GOALTENDING:
Stance, angles, glove saves, rebounds, skate saves,
poke check, setting puck for defensemen, closing 5-hole, butterfly,
positioning, and attitude. Specializing in reflex development drills
on and off the ice.
OFF-ICE TRAINING:
Hockey aerobics, circuit training, plyometrics (speed
and quickness), strength and conditioning, balance drills, stickhandling,
shooting drills, and more!
