Ryan Schmidt's Professional Hockey Schools has been teaching local HOCKEY PLAYERS power skating and hockey skills for the last 10 years in North Carolina!

90% of the game is SKATING; therefore, it is important to teach every aspect of the game of hockey. As your skating improves, so does your passing, stick handling, and shooting skills. As you get to the next level of your game, you have to be faster, stronger, and more creative than your competitor. Ryan Schmidt's Professional Hockey Schools will help you attain the skills you will need against the competition.

Our theory is to teach the most proficient ways of gaining speed, balance, and coordination. Every drill taught has its purpose for the game. Our goals are for you to master our skating drills with and without the puck, along with understanding when and where to apply them in a game situation, offensively and defensively.

At Ryan Schmidt's Professional Hockey Schools, we make sure we know every students name along with their strengths and weaknesses. Ryan will correct and or demonstrate the proper techniques that he is instituting with every student. Our goals are not to just to improve skating skills but to build confidence in each student!

Ryan Schmidt has over 20 years of experience in teaching power skating and hockey skills and has worked with students and teams from the IHL, WPHL, CHL, UHL, ECHL, NCAA, NAHL, USHL, OHL, AAA, AA, A, and Members from the 1998 Women's Olympic Team.
