DEVELOP STRENGTH, POWER AND SPEED FOR SUPERIOR ON-ICE PERFORMANCE
Get a JUMP on the upcoming hockey season with this intense conditioning program. This ice hockey training program can help to prevent many of the chronic and acute injuries that are common in the sport.
"For a better conditioned athlete there is less chance of injury and conditioning promotes career longevity. The player also becomes mentally stronger, after enduring the intense efforts required for conditioning." –Wayne Gretzky
CAMP GOALS
Our goals are not to improve just your skating and hockey skills, but to build confidence in all the students who attend this camp. It is just as important, if not our responsibility as instructors, mentors and educators, to encourage good citizenship and to promote "Student Athletes". |

"This is a great camp for serious hockey players wanting to get that upper edge for their seasons. I attended several camps and even played for Ryan. Ryan and his staff give great attention to detail critiquing the small things that make a big impact on your game. The power skating really helped me become a stronger skater. The drills and games are tailored to challenge your skills but are also creative helping you expand your hockey sense. Ryan and his staff really helped me get to where I am today, playing for Boston University." -Jenn Arms
